Immense Speed / Agility: Watchdog Man is extremely fast, being able to tear multiple monsters in a short period of time. Immense Strength: Watchdog Man seems to possess an extreme amount of raw physical strength, being able to easily tear multiple monsters with his bare hands, as well as to stop Garou's Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist and cause him a lot of damage with his punches. After the combat Watchdog Man manages to make Garou flee defeated because he was not trained enough to defeat such a high class S-hero. Garou then tries to attack Watchdog Man while the hero is sitting. Watchdog Man quickly dispatches all the monsters and rips them in great haste, while Garou watches him. Before he can attack, an invasion of the Monster Association comes to the square. Garou finds Watchdog Man relaxing at the Watch Plaza Man Plaza. Not much is known about his history, but at some point he was assigned to protect Q-City and was initially Class-C with rank 301 in the Association of Heroes. He has some canine habits, like he would like someone to take him for a walk.
Not much is known about his personality, however he has proven to be forceful and carefree. He has a blank and disinterested look on his face, he is wearing a full-body dog suit, where his face protrudes from where the dog's mouth would go. Watchdog Man is a young man of medium height and weight. Watchdog Man (番 犬 マ ン Banken-man) is a Class-S superhero rank 12, who is in charge of Q-City.
